Then sign up right away!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we only have limited space available, we cannot guarantee that every stand will be taken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What counts as a fan stand?<\/strong><br>Fan stands should be thematically relevant to the scene. Here are some examples of suitable formats:<br>&#8211; Conventions<br>&#8211; Content creators (e.g. YouTubers, influencers, Vtubers, etc.)<br>&#8211; Online blogs<br>&#8211; Music projects (bands, singers, artists related to anime, manga, gaming or Japan)<br>&#8211; Anime and gaming communities <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong><br>Cosplayers and photographers please apply directly to the <a href=\"\/en\/?p=1794\"><strong>Cosplay Village<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Stand information:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Regular fan stand (free of charge) &#8211; Without sale of goods<\/strong><br>Contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 table (120\u00d7 60 cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 armchair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 exhibitor ticket (valid for the entire duration of the event)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>no electricity  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A maximum of one stand can be booked per person. Passing on or sharing the stand is not permitted.<br>The sale of goods is <strong>NOT <\/strong>permitted, as this is a free stand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Professional fan stand (110 \u20ac incl. VAT) &#8211; With sale of goods<\/strong><br>Contains:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 table (120\u00d760 cm)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 armchair<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 exhibitor ticket (valid for the entire duration of the event)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Price: 110 \u20ac incl. VAT. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If electricity is required, this must be booked separately (50\u20ac incl. MwsT)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, too, only one stand can be booked per registration. Shared use of the stand is not permitted.<br>You may only sell your own fan merchandise such as print products (photos, buttons etc. that represent your work), tickets for your own event or your own merchandise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The sale of merchandise from dealers or artists (e.g. third-party products or third-party works) is not permitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Equipment:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tables incl. Armchairs provided by the organizer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If more tickets are required, these must be purchased in advance or on site at the ticket office.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All furniture used, including tables and chairs, must remain within the dealer area marked by the organizer during the event!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> Flyers may only be displayed on your own stand, in case of violation the stand must be dismantled immediately and the stand operator must expect a fine!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><strong>Registration:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill out the form below by August 1, 2025!
