Stand information:
Booth space is allocated by square meter (m²). Each m² costs €75, excluding VAT. The booth space will be marked on-site, and these boundaries must not be crossed. Vendors are free to use their own tables, shelves, or clothing racks, etc. If tables are needed, they can be reserved using the form below for a fee.
If you prefer a certain stand location, please note this in the comments. We will try to take your wishes into account, but cannot guarantee this.
The sale of tickets for other events is prohibited, as is the sale of mystery bags and Al-Art products.
Attention, the stand plan does NOT apply to the 18+ area!!!
Stand size/price:
- The m² costs 75€ excl.
- Tables: An additional €20 excl. VAT will be charged per 200×50 cm table.
- The price is for the entire duration of the event.
Equipment:
- The number of tickets included depends on the stand size:
3-10m²: 2 tickets
10-16 m²: 3 tickets
16-28 m²: 4 tickets - If more tickets are required, these can be purchased via a link that will be sent after confirmation.
- All furniture used, including tables, must remain within the vendor area marked by the organizer during the event.
