You have the right, to to revoke this contract within 14 days.
The revocation deadline is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a known third person, who is not the transporter, received the wares or if multiple products have been ordered and delivered in a uniform fashion, or
- if you or a third person, who is not the transporter received multiple products in seperate deliveries, or
- if your or a third person, who is not the transporter, has received the last piece of the delivery, which as been sent in multiple deliveries or pieces, or
- if your or a third person, who is not the transporter, has received the the first delivery, if the contract is made about regular deliveries over a set time frame.

It is within the deadine, if you send the message of withdrawal before the deadline ends, even if it arrives later.
consequences of withdrawal
if you withdraw from the contract, we have to return all payments received, including shipping costs (with excemption of additional costs which ensue when you pick shipping that is different than the offered, cheapest version), latest within 14 days from the day that we have received the message of withdrawal. For the return, we will use the same method of payment, that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon. In no case there will be fees for refunds.
we can refuse refunds until we have received the return wares, or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earlier event.
You have to return the goods immediately, at the latest within 14 days from the day that you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is kept, if the goods have been sent within the deadline of 14 days.
you are responsible for the cost of return.
You only have to cover eventual devaluation, if the devaluation is due to an improper use of the product.
