General stand information:
- Exhibitors are not permitted to register simultaneously in other areas, such as Artist Alley, the 18+ Area, etc. If this is the case, your registration will be immediately canceled.
- Dismantling before the end of the official event hours is not permitted. If a booth has not been cleared by the end of the designated dismantling time, the organizer reserves the right to clear the booth at the exhibitor’s/retailer’s expense.
- The organizer is not liable for damage caused by third parties or for theft.
- Placing merchandise and/or promotional materials outside the booth area is not permitted and may result in additional charges or, in the event of a repeat offense, exclusion from the event.
- Do not post anything on the walls or damage them in any other way.
- Exhibitors and vendors are responsible for disposing of the trash generated in their designated areas at the event. The booth setup must be returned in perfect condition after the event ends. After the event ends, the vendor/exhibitor must leave the area they used swept clean. If this is not the case, the organizer reserves the right to bill the vendor/exhibitor for any necessary cleaning. The restoration or replacement of damaged, destroyed, or lost furnishings will be carried out solely by the organizer and at the exhibitor’s/retailer’s expense. - If the terms and conditions of participation are violated and the violation continues despite a warning from the organizer, the organizer has the right to exclude the vendor/exhibitor from the event with immediate effect.
