KONTROLLVERLUST have been an integral part of the anime scene at least since their last album “Wir drehen auf”. The passion with which the band performs the legendary openings from One Piece, Digimon, Dragonball and many others has catapulted them onto the stages of the biggest anime conventions and geek parties.
It’s like sitting in front of the TV with cereal after school while your favorite show is on – except that no one comes in and tells you to turn it down… Or worse: get some fresh air!
The boys step on the gas pedal in such a way that they go back to the past and then back to the future. At over 9000 km/h. Pop culture and the zeitgeist of the 90s and 2000s are clearly in the foreground, while the four guys hit the guitar, drums and bass with a nostalgia club.
