As we only have limited space available, we cannot guarantee that every stand will be taken.

What counts as a community booth?
Fan stands should be thematically relevant to the scene. Here are some examples of suitable formats:
– Conventions
– Content creators (e.g. YouTubers, influencers, Vtubers, etc.)
– Online blogs
– Music projects (bands, singers, artists related to anime, manga, gaming or Japan)
– Anime and gaming communities

Important:
Cosplayers and photographers please apply directly to the Cosplay Village.

18+ Area: Community booths, cosplayers, and photographers interested in participating in the 18+ Area should please apply through the 18+ Area registration.

Stand information:

Regular Community Booth (free) – No merchandise sales
Includes:

1 table (200×50 cm)
1 armchair
1 exhibitor ticket (valid for the entire duration of the event)
no electricity

A maximum of one stand can be booked per person. Passing on or sharing the stand is not permitted.
The sale of goods is NOT permitted, as this is a free stand.

Professional Community Booth (110 € incl. tax) – With merchandise sales
Includes:

1 table (120×60 cm)
1 armchair
1 exhibitor ticket (valid for the entire duration of the event)
Price: 110 € incl. VAT.
If electricity is required, this must be booked separately (50€ incl. MwsT)

Here, too, only one stand can be booked per registration. Shared use of the stand is not permitted.
You may only sell your own fan merchandise such as print products (photos, buttons etc. that represent your work), tickets for your own event or your own merchandise.

The sale of merchandise from dealers or artists (e.g. third-party products or third-party works) is not permitted.

Equipment:

Tables incl. Armchairs provided by the organizer.
If more tickets are required, these must be purchased in advance or on site at the ticket office.
All furniture used, including tables and chairs, must remain within the dealer area marked by the organizer during the event!

Important: Flyers may only be displayed on your own stand, in case of violation the stand must be dismantled immediately and the stand operator must expect a fine!
